Join the Friends of the Hastings Cancer Trust and help to fundraise.
We organise and participate in all sorts of fundraising activities such as BBQ, golf days, morning teas and fairs.
This year the Friends are helping to organise a Winter Glimmer Ball at Sails Port Macquarie by Rydges. If you would like to join the group and help out in any way just get in touch via the contact us page.
Do you have marketing skills we can tap into when needed? You don’t need to come to our regular meetings to join the friends.
Our Annual Grants program funds worthy cancer-related projects. Anyone involved in the management of cancer, or from community organisations supporting cancer patients, survivors or carers in the Hastings / Macleay region can apply for an HCT Grant. Download more information.
The Grants Program has helped fund a variety of needs across the region since 20015. Grants have been awarded for a variety of needs such as training, clinical trials, support groups, state of the art cancer equipment and palliative care aids.

Government funding for regional cancer services is critical, but can on,y go so far. The Hastings Cancer Trust helps fill the gaps, so cancer patients in the Hastings/Macleay region receive better local treatment and care.
There are lots of ways you can fundraise. On your own or with some friends, family, workmates, your school, local sporting club or social group. Have fun thinking of ways to fundraise. It’s tremendously rewarding and a great team building exercise too.
