The Hastings Cancer Trust (HCT) is a local non-profit charity organization, operated and run entirely by volunteers.
Every dollar donated is directed towards supporting our community by continually improving the quality of cancer care in our area.
We believe that providing a full spectrum of cancer treatments and services within the Hastings, Macleay and Camden Haven regions, makes a significant and positive difference to patients and their families coping with cancer.
The purpose of the Trust is to distribute funds for the purchase of vital medical equipment and improvement of services, specifically for the management and treatment of cancer patients in our region.
Funds raised through volunteer fundraising efforts and generous donations are administered by local and independent Trustees.
Each year starting in August, the Hastings Cancer Trust invites any community or health organisation engaged in the management of cancer patients, to apply for Grant Funding to help deliver vital equipment or services into our region.
The Grant application process is open for two months from August to September.
By fundraising for the Trust through our Making a Meal of Cancer event, you can make a difference and help change the lives of cancer patients within the Hastings, Macleay and Camden Haven regions. Click on the link to our Grants page to find out more about how the Trust benefits our community.
